SPTiberian using the keyboard program "Right-to-Left":

SPTiberian is a very well formed Hebrew font, but it is a little difficult to use without Right-to-Left.

The keystrokes needed without Right-to-Left are listed further down in this document. They are useful if you are editing a text which you have written using Right-to-Left. Several characters have more than one possible keystroke in Right-to-Left, so that mos t people will be able to use the keystrokes they are already used to.

Turn off smart quotes otherwise sere (  ') will not work.
